This fruited sour merges elements of the Citra Sour and Currant Threat. The base sour is enhanced with lemon (20 kg), lime (20 kg), and blackcurrant (40 kg) A lower pH and creates a bright, tart, citric profile. A double dry hop with Motueka kief and a hotside addition of Mosaic Lupomax contribute green, tropical, and citrus aromatics, while pea flower provides vivid color and subtle earthy, herbaceous tones.
Allergens: Malted barley, wheat, oats (gluten)

Cherry red topped with a crimson cap.
Nose is blackcurrant yoghurt, straw, bitter berry notes.
Taste comprises light berry tang, herb, hedgerow, grains.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a mellow puckering rasp.
Okay could but runs a touch sweet for my liking a la VC.
