Bursts out of bottle. Cloudy honey colour, high white head. Aroma of wheat, clove, faint banana and yeast. Fizzy carbon. Lightly sweet, lightly sour. Light body.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo arancio torbido, al naso banana chiodi di garofano lievito note citriche, in bocca cereali tanto chiodi di garofano poi banana, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte, leggero acidula, amaro percettibile. Bottle at the brewery. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-light sweetness, light bitterness. Feels quite old, fine banana and clove are mostly gone, I get mainly overripe red apple, general esters, a bit of oxidation. Overall average.
