Inspired by the complementary flavors of an Irish coffee, Breakfast On Tap was crafted around the foundation of Wild Turkey bourbon, which already has rich vanilla, burnt sugar, and spice notes. By adding maple, french vanilla, and coffee, we simply accentuated the years of flavor generously given to us by these barrels through the aging process of first whiskey, and then the stout. Mmmm.

Draft at Function NW. Black pour, still, flat. Aroma is cacao and coffee. Taste is sweet, roasty, chocolate, coffee, mild bitterness. ABV doesn't factor in to the flavor at all.
