We infused this absolute crusher of a West Coast IPA with incredibly punchy hops from a place so far to the east, it actually to the west. As always, the oily New Zealand-grown goodness of Nelson and Riwaka draw out the unique character of a third hop. In this case, unapologetically resinous Waimea, that brings its bright citrus and assertive dankness to the table. It is easy to get lost in the depths of spicy Sauv Blanc wine, tropical nectar and stone fruit character but a light body and a smooth bitterness will keep you on course. When in doubt, go west my friends!
