We dumped sizable amounts of our hand selected Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo in this robust West Coast DIPA. The result is a super expressive melange of flavors and aromas. There's some big flavors of blueberry, cantaloupe, & pomelo with some light florat/herbal qualities in addition to a delicious dank finish.

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and tropical fruit linger.
