Our perpetual rye grisette is an easy going table beer brewed with ever evolving house cultures. A bright & delicate famhouse ale featuring a straightforward grain bill of Northeast grown malted barley and rye, leaning on noble hops for an earthy and lightly spicy finish. Batch 4 features Hallertau, Mittlefrüh, & Loral hops, and it was canned on 10/25/20.
