Wiwer (pronounced 'we-where', Welsh for squirrel) is a wine-inspired beer brewed in collaboration with Origins from Argyll, Scotland, as part of Collabageddon 2025.
This “Chimera” beer – a term coined by Dan at Origins – blurs the line between beer and wine, using fruits, herbs, and spices inspired by White Grenache to emulate its character without using any traditional wine ingredients.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Nose is white grape, kiwifruit, white pepper. Flavours of the above with a spot of grapefruit coming through in the back end. Spicy peppery lightly hoppy aftertaste. Interesting stuff.
