First released last year after our grand opening in Elmhurst, we brought back this highly anticipated coconut, cocoa nib, and cinnamon barrel-aged stout. This year's blend consists of stouts aged in 40% bourbon barrels and 60% rye whiskey barrels for 15 to 35 months, then aged on the same combo of toasted and raw coconut, Ghana cocoa nibs and a splash of saigon cinnamon.

Thanks Chris for sharing this - Black with a small brown head - Dark malt and chocolate aroma - Dark malt body with chocolate flavours - Malt and chocolate goes into the finish - This was real good

Bottle, 375 ml, shared with MiroB, Luka, Zec and kajser27. 2024 vintage. Black with traces of brownish head. Coconut and chocolate, smooth as hell, bourbon. Oily and winderful. Medium+ sweetness.

Taster, from Bottle, at home. ( as 2024 Vintage) Almost Black, with little head. Cinnamon, Chocolate, cocoa, coconut, bourbon, sweetness.
