Our Head Brewer has a passion for both craft beer and expertly made cocktails. Over the years, he’s crafted several beers inspired by classic cocktails. This time, he drew inspiration from the coffee-infused Old Fashioned known as the Revolver—featuring a rich rye whiskey, complemented by coffee and orange bitters. He envisioned pairing this with a robust, sticky imperial stout. The result is the Revolver Bellwitch. Building on the stout’s espresso-like character and salted caramel notes, the added coffee enhances its depth and complexity, while also balancing the spicy kick from the rye whiskey. The orange bitters and orange pith introduce a bright, aromatic citrus note, tying the flavors together in a harmonious blend.
