Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave a Lait Nendaz. Amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light dried fruits and notes of pepper with brown sugar in the finish.

Appearance: Deep amber, clear. Small, light tan head. Aroma: Medium malt, red fruits. Some pepper notes. Taste: Red fruits, medium malt, toasted. Then pepper comes in, but not strong. Bought: amstein.ch, 330 ml, CHF 3.68 Info: 3/12-2021, BB: 31/5-2022

clear chestnut to mahogany colour, one inch of creamy yellowish-beige-ish head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of honeycomb toffee, dried apricot and maybe some cherry, as well, some pear and hints of grape (seeds);taste of srupy sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; quite good beer
