Starting as a taproom special, this brew was too popular not to bring back for the big time. Made from Cascade and Pacific Jade hops, Knockout is distinguished by a grapefruit aroma. And at 80 IBU, she has a bitter punch, but is balanced with a malty backbone. She’s definitely a knockout!

From a 16 oz can shared at home. Pours a hazy copper with an off white head. Citrus nose. Flavors of grass. Bitter finish.

Can: Cloudy, amber-brown with a small off-white head. Orange, caramel scent. Taste is orange-peel, orange malt.... Earthy, grassy bitter. Ok, but a bit dull, overall.

Draft. Tangerine malt and ornage peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet floral tangerine malt flavor. Decent body - a bit better than the canned version. / Can. Acidic orange malt and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet citrus malt and moderately bitter metallic orange peel flavor. Medium body. Sub par.

Four pack of 16 oz cans in my local beer store. Pours a muddy amber with an off-white head. Aroma has grassy citrus hops and subtle sweet malt. The flavor is on the malty side for an IPA. The hops provide bitterness more than flavor but they keep the malt sweetness in check. Good body.
