In the stillness of the cellar, three separate journeys unfolded beneath the watch of oak and time. One Barleywine spent 19 months in Heaven Hill Select Stock Bourbon, drawing out deep caramel and vanilla. A Munichwine rested 15 months in Savage & Cooke Rye, where spice and warmth gathered. And another Barleywine lingered 26 months in Russell's Reserve 16 Year Bourbon, steeping in toffee, dried fruit, and leather.
When their paths finally converged, they formed Stargazer - a bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine that shines with layered richness, woven together like a constellation. At 14.6% ABV, it invites you to look upward, linger in its depth, and lose yourself among the stars.
