Crafted in our French saison style with Sauvignon Blanc grape pomace from L’Acadie Vineyards, this farmhouse ale brings the worlds of beer and wine together. Gentle notes of citrus, white grape, and soft florals rise from a dry, effervescent base. The grape skins lend a touch of texture and minerality, finishing bright and refined.

473mL can. Pours murky dull brownish with a white head. Raisins, caramel, slightly estery yeast character, and lots of white wine grapes on the nose. Flavour has raisins, more of that earthy/estery yeast character, and plenty of sauvingon blanc grapes. The yeast is not what I'm used to, but the more I drink the more I appreciate the addition of the sauvignon blanc grapes. Very nicely done, great complexity.
