Can from Appellation Wines. Pours dark brown to black with a decent beige head. Aromas of chocolate brownie, marshmallow, and nuts. Taste is sweet marshmallow, nutty and very sweet. Not getting much barrel action.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - opaque black with a proportionate beige head.
Nose - rocky road, brownies, marshmallow, hazelnut and peanut.
Taste - sweet marshmallow, very hazelnut or peanut butter jelly. Very sweet.
Palate - very sweet and full bodied, not as boozy as expected more volume coming from the adjuncts.
Overall - a wee bit disappointed given the barrel action it received.
