Doppelbock, a strong German-style lager originally brewed by monks to sustain them through fasting. This beer pours a deep amber-brown with notes of toasted bread, caramel, and dark fruit on the nose. The first sip reveals layers of malt sweetness, light chocolate, and a smooth warming finish, balanced by a gentle touch of bitterness. Full-bodied yet clean, it’s a perfect match for hearty meals or quiet evenings by the fire.

473mL can. Pours clear dark brown with a beige head. Brown bread, bread crusts, and dry brown sugar on the nose. Flavour has lots of dry brown sugar, brown bread, crusts. Very nice, great dry, bready malt profile.
