Derby And the Moustache

From the Pass-’Em-Around-the-Pub series, we’re dialing things back to remind ourselves what great session beer looks like — brewing an American ESB the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Built for balance and repeat pours, this beer leans on a toasty, biscuit-driven malt backbone with just enough classic American hop character to keep things bright and refreshing. It’s flavorful without being heavy, bitter without being sharp, and built to quash. Sometimes the best beers aren’t loud — they’re just perfectly tuned.
