All of that wrapped around a floral, and earthy lean from a Hallertau Blanc & Nelson Sauvin dry hop ahead of a 4-week lagering. Overall crisp and dry with notes of gooseberry, white grape, lemon rind, chamomile, biscuit dough, apricot marmalade.
