Our German inspired pils is made from German barley malt and Saaz hops, krausened and spunded for natural carbonation. Lagered for a lengthy period until crispy and bright. Expect notes of oyster crackers, fresh made bread and springtime herbs. Hop symphony of spicy, floral, and lemony complexities. Finishes nice and dry to invite that next sip

Side note, can you tell we love making lagers? It's no big secret. They force us to be patient in a time of “everything right now”, focused on all the fine details. Nothing to hide behind. Lagers are the lifeblood of our brewery. We take tremendous pride in making these, and all our beers. It is a labor of love, time, patience and dedication to producing fine lager beer for you to enjoy. Don't worry, we'll keep making the IPAs too :)
