Rustic Resolve is a Franconian Kellerbier, an unfiltered lagerbier style that originated in the stone cellars dug into the chestnut-covered hills of the Kellerwald in southern Germany.
In counterpoint, noble hops - Saaz, Tettnang, Perle, and Mittelfrüh - bring a firm, elegant bitterness and offer floral and herbal notes. The result is a luscious yet dry and eminently drinkable, lightly yeasty, copper-colored lager. We think you’re going to like it!

16oz can. Interesting beer. Sort of a honey Vienna. Too clean of a body for me to really call a Kellerbier. Rather unique, well centered. Crackery caramel malt tone. I love the hop bill, but it doesn't really pop. Overall solid.

Pour is a cloudy copper with a large white head. Aroma is a decent fresh crushed grain. Flavor is more fresh crushed grain and a slight herbal hop. Finish leaves some grain on the tongue. A very grain heavy malty lager.
