Sometimes you want to sit on a beach and relax, just like the turtles do on certain beaches in the Pacific. This fruited sour beer is supposed to remind us of warmer times as the weather turns in WI. We took a newly available product, real watermelon puree, and mixed it with lime puree to make a unique sour beer that is both sweet and tart.

Tap at Amorphic. Big watermelon tone, a little more fleshy and fruity than straight up candy. Lime is thankfully mild, gives some depth and balance. Unique for sure, kind of has all the fun flavors of a smoothie sour without the yogurt thick lactose body. Well executed, not a typical fruited Gose.
