Enjoyed in cask conditioned form at Goose Island Clybourn in Chicago. Aroma is mild yeasty, appearance was pure brown with no head and a ton of yeast sediment at the bottom, which is not bad considering it was cask conditioned. Taste was interesting, rose pedals like port, hint of smoke, full bodied. It was pretty good but I wish I had it on proper draft instead of cask conditioned...some beers are just better at colder temperatures.
