Bottled@SBWF2015. Golden colour, mediumsized white head which leaves some lace. Aroma is blue cheesy, some spices, citrus and alcohol. Flavour pretty much follows the same pattern as the aroma. Strange funkiness, which I am not sure if it should be there or not.

Unclear yellow, white foam. Aroma: malt, white sherry, wine, very sweet, slightly pear. Taste: wine, malt, a little sweet, nectar, pear.

KRS 110715. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, spices, sugar, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, fruit, caramel, cellerish, malt, yeast, spices , sugar, alcohol. Full body. OK beer.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Almost clear light amber with a small white head. Sweet aroma and taste of spices, grass, caramel and some hints of fruit. Warming alcohol in the finish. An ok one.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel finish.

Lys brun noe tåkete med to fingre høyt kremete beige skum. Lukter sitron, karamell, og honning. Søt i staren, noe brent karamell. bitterheten kommer senere, sammen med karamellsødme og noe pepperig avsluttning. Alkoholen er lite merkbar, men gir en god fylde.

Bottle. Almost clear in the glass, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is quite cellarish, with pale malts, white sugar, a generic fruityness and some spiced hints. It’s full-bodied, semi-dry and smoothly carbonated. Not much warmth, especially considering the ABV. Fruits, pale malts, some white sugar and a touch of bitterness and spices in the flavor. Lasting fruity finish. Drinkable and all that, but not a favorite tripel. 150711
