Darty Brewing and Lake City Cider have collaborated to create this delicious Snakebite, a unique blend of fifty percent lager and fifty percent cider. The cider is infused with black currant skins, giving it a crisp, dry and fruity flavour. The snakebite boasts beautiful red to purple hue and a medium body with flavours of red fruits and subtle toasty notes on the finish. Bright in acidity, this collaboration is perfectly balanced to the last drop!

On tap at Lake City Cider. Pours clear pale ruby. Sweet red apple skins on the nose. Flavour has red apple skins and a thin balding patch where the beer is, providing dead grass and soggy malts. For an internal collaboration I was expecting this to be a bit better integrated.
