Our take on a German style Pilsner has a rich pale gold colour with lashings of snow white foam sitting snuggly atop like a little smoking hat. It carries a crisp and snappy bitterness with subtle flavours of hay stalks, soft warm citrus notes and river rock minerality. Prost!

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden with medium white head. Malty and grassy with a touch of dry bitterness in finish.
