A blend of both our Brother David’s Double and Triple ales aged in port barrels with our house bacterial culture. This marriage of Belgian flavors with moderate sourness results in a beer that is very tart and fruity, with a sweet malty backbone.

Draft pour at stogies and hops. Pours a dark copper brown color with a sour cherry and light booze aroma. Tart flavor from the start with a lot of cherry. Really sour. Really good stuff.
