@ the cidery. Somewhat sweet with notes of straw and grass. Honestly, the apples don’t come through all that much. A touch bitter. Eh

Draft at the source. Slightly hazy pale yellow color, still. Aroma of apple skins and light dust. Taste is tart apple. Light body. OK.
