The Society of Oshkosh Brewers - or SOBs if you prefer - was formed in 1991 by a dedicated crew of homebrewers eager to spread the word about good beer. The SOBs built upon Oshkosh as long tradition of beer making to become one of the first homebrewing clubs in Wisconsin. Led by longtime president”Buffalo” Mike Engel, their motto still rings true after 30 years: “Anyone who brews their own beer is a real SOB!”

Romans are fresh dark malt, rye, roast and maybe some coffee. Flavors are similar to nose. Very well balanced bittersweet with just red carbonation. Good body. I like this.
