This is by far the most complex and complete beer we have made to date.
The beer has been aged with oak cubes for several months, where we have continuously tasted, adjusted and refined. The taste is gently rounded off with vanilla, licorice and dark rum – not to dominate, but to lift the whole.
The result is an unusually round, full-bodied and deeply complex barley wine. It is like liquid candy for adults.
The beer is bottled in 50 exclusive copies of 750 ml champagne bottles.
