We are big red beetroot fans. We also realize it's a an acquired taste for some people. To make this blend as accessible as possible, we started by making a 100% red beetroot wine one year ago. We then went looking for the perfect barrels of cider to accompany this beetroot wine with it. The final result has a wicked red/purple color & a nice fizz. It boasts red beetroot, cassis and wine.

0,75l bottle at home. Bb 01/2028. Purple color, small pink fast dissolving head. smells very earthy, beetroot, spices, light tannins. Very beetroot forward. full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, light beetroot, berry notes, apples, citric, earthy, peppery, herbal. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of berry notes, citric and notes of beet. Nice to very nice one. Beetroot is rather obvious on the nose, rather balanced on the taste. Good stuff overall, well integrated
