Kings Canyon is a testament to the land, featuring Vermont-groan heirloom corn grown by the farmers at Nitty Gritty Grain Co. of Charlotte, Vermont, that has been lovingly flaked to perfection by Thrall Family Malt in Windsor, CT. These choice ingredients create a harmonious blend of time-honored being methods and the pride of New England's harvest. Light, crisp, and irresistibly refreshing.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: murky orange color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet corn, some cereal grains, light grassy to floral hops
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty quality; finishes crisp through sweet tones
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue; good carb level
Overall: pretty good Mexican lager without any extra frills of any possible citrus adjuncts. Might be a decent grill side beer.
