Double IPA Riwaka + Manilita

Naše druhá Double NEIPA a zároveň nejhutnější hazy pivo, jaké jsme doposud uvařili. Spojili jsme dva nejvýraznější chmely, které jsme za poslední roky poznali – Riwaku a Manilitu – jejichž intenzita vytváří explozi citrusů a tropického ovoce. Kvašení blendem Lallemand Verdant + Pomona dodává šťavnaté tóny a sametovou hebkost, která podtrhuje plné a zakalené tělo.

Our second Double NEIPA and the densest, most saturated hazy beer we’ve brewed to date. We combined two of the most expressive hops we’ve ever worked with — Riwaka and Manilita — delivering a vivid explosion of citrus peel and tropical fruit. Fermented with a blend of Lallemand Verdant and Pomona, bringing juicy stone-fruit esters and a silky smooth texture that elevates its full, opaquely hazy body.
