Toto je odpověď na shon během vánočního období. Hořký a kalný session India Pale Ale, kde se potkává americký chmel Talus s australským chmelem Galaxy. Tato kombinace chmelů přinesla tóny mandarinek, ananasu, cedrového dřeva a bylin. Odkvašeno pomocí kvasnic Fermentis SafAle S-04, které přidaly lehce esterové a šťavnaté tóny meruněk a vanilky.

This is our answer to the year-end rush. A hazy, gently bitter Session IPA built around the meeting of American Talus and Australian Galaxy. This pairing delivers creamy notes of mandarin, pineapple, cedarwood and soft herbal nuances. Fermented with Fermentis SafAle S-04, adding delicate apricot-vanilla esters and rounding the beer into a juicy, easy-drinking winter companion.

Gefunden in einer neuen, obercoolen 😎Craftbeerbar mit Verkaufskühlschränken mit wahnsinniger Auswahl an europäischen und amerikanischen Bieren, aber auch wahnsinnigen Preisen.
Mein erstes Verkostungsbierli 😝 war dieses wirklich tolle NEIPA mit wahrlich fantastischen Frucht- 🍋🍉🥭 und Harzaromen 🌳.
Dabei wird es aber nicht zu schwer oder gar überladen.
Kein alltägliches Bier, aber geschmacklich wirklich top 👍.

Med body, low carbo. Kinda boring, med bitter, low sweet, dry. Only light grassy, citrusy. Where is the hops? Meh.
