Oatmeal Stout
A strong oatmeal stout with a high proportion of oatmeal that provides a velvety fullness. The flavour is dominated by roasted malt, coffee and subtle chocolate. A smooth, rich and dark beer with a long lasting finish.
Black Oat is a stout with an emphasis on density, depth and creamy texture. The high proportion of oatmeal gives the beer a smoothness and body that balances the intense notes of roasted malt. These come through in the taste as dark chocolate and strong coffee. The 9% alcohol is not an end in itself – it naturally supports the fullness and gives the beer a warming character. With prolonged aging, the beer rounds out beautifully and brings the individual components together into a balanced whole. This style is ideal for slow sipping. Black Oat shows that even a pure stout with no flavours can be complex and distinctive.

Very roasty and malty. Pic: not even a single Czech glass in my flat, for shame
