Krampus prowls the edges of midwinter, bells low and chains clattering, so we answered with a proper offering: a marshmallow soft hazy TIPA built on our hand-selected Citra, Nectaron, and Mosaic, then crowned with Nelson, Krush Cryo & Riwaka hop kief. The nose rushes first — pineapple and passionfruit sorbet from Nectaron/Citra; berry parfait with a line of stone fruit from Krush/Mosaic; a final muscat-grape and Makrut-lime snap from the NZ kief for lift.
