Draft at the source courtesy of Nathan, thank you sir! Cloudy tannish brown color, large tan head. Interesting aroma of rising brown bread dough, earthy spice. Taste is spiced, herbal, bready. Very drinkable. I’m not generally a sahti fan, but I like this women’s version.

Very interesting beer. Pours cloudy brownish red with good head and lacing. Smoke and some malt. Light bitter finish. Crisp and sharp barley. Some earthiness from juniper branches. Tap at brewpub.
