LOST+ 2025 Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, exclusively brewed for LOST+ members.
In November 2024, we aged our Imperial Stout CERBERUS in two types of barrels. Half went into Jamaican rum barrels, which gave it a particularly boozy and spicy tone. The other half went into Maple Syrup Ex Bourbon barrels. These are very special and difficult to obtain, but we managed it. Ultimately, the blend from these barrels together was the best, and we bottled it in 37.5cl bottles.

Fles op 1e kerstdag geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een medium bruinig schuim. Het heeft een aroma van Bourbon en vanille. De smaak is vol gebrande mout, koffie, Bourbon, vanille en ahornsiroop met een beetje rum in de afdronk.
