Opgericht door bierbrouwers Lorenzo Rossi (Uitgeest) en Stan Beltz (Zaandam).

Wij zijn LOST, ook wel: twee bierbrouwers op een missie om de beste bieren te brouwen en de leukste beleving rond onze bieren te ontwikkelen. Onze bieren zijn complex, maar altijd perfect gebalanceerd en super doordrinkbaar. Daardoor vind je geen bieren van LOST die tenenkrommend bitter, vol als een milkshake of mierzoet zijn. Iedere keuze in ons brouwproces is gebaseerd op het vinden van balans!

Wat wij heel belangrijk vinden is communicatie met onze klanten, want samen kunnen we de beleving van onze de naar een hoger niveau tillen. Jouw onderneming is in haar eigen manier uniek. Laat ons helpen om met onze bieren jouw uniekheid nog meer naar voren te komen. Maak kennis met LOST!

Bieren eerst gebrouwen bij Spierbier, later bij Poesiat & Kater, tegenwoordig (2025-) bij Nepo in Polen.
