Our take on a Munich Style Dunkel. Monk’s Hood is step mashed with premium German Malt and lagered cold for 2 months. It pours Dark copper in color with earthy hop character. It offers a full-flavored palate of crunchy salted pretzels, spices, dried fruits, toasted caramel, and dark cocoa.

Can shared by Steve. Cola brown with cap of head, fair retention, trace lacing. Aroma is strong caramel, toffee, pretzel and roasted malt, spice, dark fruit. Taste is strong earthy malt, toffee, milder bubble gum, mild dark fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, finish as taste. Very good strength for ABV. Aroma bests taste.
