Bottle at home grabbed this small bottle last minute in addition to the sake I really wanted. Pours crystal with slight copper highlights. Nose is grainy and alcoholic. Tastes of grains, flowery, light melon, lots of rubbing alcohol. Bland and harsh.

Bottle at home ... purly to show just the class of the one supplied by TimE ... Clear with a yellow tinge ... light pea and honeydew as previos guy said nose... nose isnt much different you think untill you side by side and the better one is just so softer and silkier ... however the flavour of this is clearly inferior ... its rougher ... seems grainier ... some toffee ... or maybe vanilla .. little almond

bottle at home ... clear viscous ... soft mellow rice nose ... quite a lot of raw alcohol up front ... soft sweetness ... aagain im getting a little almond ... ok

Strong alcohol aroma - hints of rice and soy sauce. Looks exactly like water. Primarily soy sauce flavor with a slight hint of lemon- served cold it's pretty smooth. As this is my first sake rating the number are a bit arbitrary especially with the flavor rating.
