- Angenehmer Essensbegleiter.

720ml bottle. Pours clear with a hint of pale yellow and no head. Aroma is rice and mellow melon fruity. Taste is rice, melon, with dry warming slightly earthy alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, no carbonation, warming finish. Quite drinkable.

720ml. my fist Saké ever. absolutely clear in the glass, the nose is very fruity (pears, fresh apples, melon, probably banana). The Saké starts dry, fruity, clean. The main part is very fresh and full with fresh fruit aromas like green apples, melons, just like the nose. At the end there appears a bit warming alcohol. The fruityness stays very long till the end of the long aftertaste.
--> very interesting!!

Poured from the 1.8 liter bottle. Lightly fruity nose, rice, a bit bland. Shiny and clear. Fruity, estery flavor, melon, rice, koji. Clean and grainy. Good.
