菊水の辛口
Based on a concept of an ideal sake for cooking. This brew is produced by Kikusui’s unrelenting research for quality and an extremely cold environment. It is one of the typical Echigo refined sake which has a delicate and fragrant dryness. It features essential firm dryness to match any cooking.
