A little too bitter and astringent. Otherwise it’s bright and crisp. Snowbank fort collins

decent american red ale - better than most, but overall a pretty simple style of beer

On draft at the Wyoming Brewers Festival in Cheyenne 2015. Pours a deep amber with an off white head. Nutty flavors with a bit of citrus.

At the Wyoming brewer’s fest it is an amber color with a slight head. The aroma is citrus and the taste is somewhat thin bitter with no true flavor that I could discern

On tap @ Snowbank Brewing Fort Collins. Pours a dark reddish orange appearance with a creamy tan head. Caramel, some stone fruits, toasted malts, light citrus, and orange in the nose. Moderate high bitterness and sweetness. A little gooey. Slightly high alcohol. Twangy with a hint of chemical. Kind of a strange brew and I’m not exactly sure what they were going for here. It seems like the brewers here have some talent, but I also fear they are just catering to beer nerds by pumping out some higher ABV, hoppy stuff. This is a miss, but I look forward to their future offerings.
