Taster at the brewery. Rice nose, light peaches and melon. Sweet rice flavor, stone fruit, lightly spicy. Very pedestrian junmai but not terrible.

Clear liquid with no head.
Nose is sweet, floral, rice paper, straw.
Taste comprises much the same, paper, water melon, light smoke.
Medium body, light booze in a sweet finish.
Nothing I'd ever return to.

Carton shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig. 02/08/2017. Thanks to Leighton for this one. A clear solvent, water. Little head. Aroma is plum, , light grains, rice, . Palate is solvent, alcohol, no condition... Flavour is composed of alcohol, plum, alcohol. Really did not enjoy this.
