Fresh flavor sake made full use of the flavor of the collection
"Namazake" is bottled and shipped without performing a fire even once, so freshly squeezed freshness and refreshing taste are features. It is a charming and fresh aroma and fruity aroma.
We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.

ABV: 13.5%. Clear crystal water colour with virtually no head. Aroma is light to moderate rice, mild alcohol, pineapple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, rice, fruity, mild alcohol, anis seed notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170617]

Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours clear and without colour. Aroma of rice, almost, fruit and touch of marzipan. Quite heavy sweetness, no bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation.

Sampled from bottle @ home thanks to Countbeer. Looks like water, totally clear, no head. Aroma is sweetish with a hint of apple. Tastes sweetish with just a slight touch of lychee. Weird stuff these Sakes. Maybe I have to try more to understand this drink.
