Triangular bottle, resealable and will be shoved back in the fridge after a sample. This is no longer silver - it's a white bottle and the official website description best matches this version. Purchased at World Market. Pours just off-clear (hint of tinting in the liquid). Flat, no carbonation (none expected). Aroma is rice, sweat, alcohol, light fruit (pear?). Flavor is rice, alcohol, light fruit. Unfortunately it's rather plain and not enough of the rice/sake flavors come through. Back to the fridge it goes to be pulled out at a later date.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours almost clear like water. Aroma of medium sweet and dry mellow, a bit sticky and boozy. Taste of strong yellow fruits like mellow, rice, some yeast, boozy finish.

Nice and slightly grainy nose. The Saké starts smooth and fresh, very clear. Dry with fruity hints, very round and crisp. The body is dry with great fruits of pear and melon, fruity, minimal sourish, extreme aromaful and round, very clear and dry, subtle and fragile, but deep and intense. Nice stuff!
