Brewed by Honda Shoten, Hyogo (est.1923) ,this special Daiginjo is absolutely the one of the best products from Honda Shoten who won 9 gold medals in last two decade and trusts strongly in "The best sake is made from the best rice". Tatsuriki only uses top class of Yamadanishiki selected from A area in Hyogo (the best quality sake rice in Japan) to brew this sake. Kome No Sasayaki is a full body type Daiginjo with a very rich aroma like a ripe melon. First very soft on a pallet then a very complex layers of sweetness and richness spread widely in a mouth. Finishing with a short acid tail. It is just amazing to see the power of rice and how complex the sake can be This is a real high grade premium sake you would like to try at least once in your life.
