[ As Kikusui Tarusake ].
Clear cristal water color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pepper, cedar, rice. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, peppery, blackpepper, alcohol, rice, cedar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140315]
