Taster. Lovely mikan (madarin orange) nose, very fruity and fresh. Sweet mikan taste. Not much alcohol or sake flavor to speak of, really, just a hint of alcohol burn. Tastes wonderful, though hard to really appreciate as sake per se. Much like fresh juice!
