On tap at Blue Bee, pours a clear pale pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out light, tart bramble and crisp apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart berry skins and apple core. Simple but decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear rose gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong floral, berry, oak. Thin body, berries, citrus, light dry finish, very nice.

Bottle sample at Blue Bee. Light pink. Aromas of berries and light vanilla. Tastes of berries and apples. Light body with a dry finish. Nice.

Bottle sample at the source. Clear pale rosy yellow color. Aroma of raspberry and strawberry jam, subtle black pepper. Aroma of tart berries, apple. Very tasty.

Half liter bottle from Whole Foods Short Pump, 12/1/13. Pours a crystal clear cranberry red color with a faint bit of fizz. Aroma of soft apple notes, vanilla, and a background of the berries. The taste is dry apples, vinous notes, tart dry berry finish. Medium bodied, dry, good balance, moderate carbonation. Solid cider.
