Bottle, Wegmans. Slightly hazy clear with a hint of gold in there, no carbonation. Light mint, cucumber, rice aroma. Flavors are exactly the same... A little gritty. A bit sweet too.

Clear crystal water colored with a yellow note, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate rice, moderate to heavy cucumber, vinegar notes, tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cucumber, rice, fruity, light pickled cucumbr - vinegar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160319]

Bottle at appellation. Pours clear, nose is cucumber and pineapple, taste is similar, pretty tasty.

Bottle in hotel room Orlando 2016... Light yellow green.. Massive cucumber nose.. Light rice in background... Sweet open alcohol.. Massive sweet cucumber Light floral notes... Cucumber skin in linger... With a dry sake finish
